Phil Giunta is the award-winning author of the paranormal mystery novels Testing the Prisoner, By Your Side, and Like Mother, Like Daughters as well as numerous short stories of Paranormal, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Mystery, and General Fiction.

What's New?

04/2025: Excited to announce that my story “Where Halloween Never Ends” was accepted by Black Cat Weekly online magazine to be published later this year. This will be my second time publishing with them and I’m about to submit a third story (so maybe a hat trick, we’ll see). Click here to check out Black Cat Weekly.

04/2025: Excited to report that both of my entries in the 2025 Pennsylvania Press Club Communications contest took first place!

1st place — Phil Giunta, Allentown, for “A Thorne in Time” (time travel story published in Ruth and Ann’s Guide to Time Travel by Celestial Echo Press).
All 33 first-place winning entries in PA will be forwarded to the National Federation of Press Women Communications Contest for another round of competition against first-place winners in other state affiliates. Results will be announced in June. Last year, another of my novels ranked second place nationally. Fingers crossed for a repeat performance!
